It's msvcp100.dll
It's a windows dll it's really hard to fix

Hmm, google is probably the best option, I'm sure that it's out there somewhere for download. But it might not be too easy to find it as it's related to windows 8 and windows 8 is pretty new...

What's so hard about downloading a .dll file and placing it inside of RME's directory?

You can put it in Windows directory so .dll file will work globally.

is it that hard to get a dll?
1) Open Google
2) Type dll name(msvcp100.dll)
3) Open first result website(www.dll-files.com)
4) Click "Download Zip-Here"(I always go here when I need a dll and they all seem to be safe, but if you dont trust them, scan it yourself)
5) ???
6) Profit | or if your lazy you can just click here, I made it white on purpose

Ehmm, I double checked that error ..
This rme works without msvcp100 but the one from remeres twitter did not <.<
