You should tell us, where you are good at before you are asking for a job . But anyways, I guess we only need to fix some npcs and actions/quest, that's it.

90mb map.otbm and 4,2mb spawns.xml , 125kb house.xml

we working with the 8.2 updates right now

We arent done with the 8.22 map
but yes
90 mb is right and thats only 8.1 with some 8.2 places
Remember there are hidden places , so you cannot say the "whole" map
