Garen
Decisive Strike now removes slows when activated and it's silencing effect now scales in duration with rank.
Judgement scales with total attack damage, AD ratio scales with rank
Courage now gives a passive % increase on his armor/mr instead of bonus armor/mr on minion kill.
Demacian Justice has a longer cool down at rank one and shorter cool down at rank 3.
* Xypherous went into a LOT of detail about the changes and what their aim was. I suggest you stop over there and read up if these Garen changes seem curious.


Katarina

Her W is now called Sinister Steel and is a totally new ability.
Shunpo now always has damage reduction on use.
Death Lotus now has the healing reduction effect from her old W+Q combo.
Bouncing Blades now applies a mark that, when consumed, deals additional damage.


Also, something with facebook button on the friend list and the baron buff look will get changed
 
Gonna give this a try for the first time (being a moba.. never had interest for it).. Got a feeling i'll suck so much that it wont be fun.

Surely if you feel offended by trolls that tell you you suck then you won't find it fun at all. But if you play for your own amusement and not theirs then it's actually fun.

Just buy ashe as soon as you get 450 ip, shes easy to play, so you should be fine.

I got Ashe for free after my first game :O!

After 3 games (all won) i'm lvl 3 with 400 riot points and 836 IP, any tips on what to get? I feel like a huge naab when it comes to choosing champs, runes, masterys and all that crap AHA

I dont mind.. Havent been called a noob yet by anyone but when the time comes its all good, i'm learning and improving :)

No idea what AD, AP, JUNGEL or solo top (got a clue it might be someone who stays in middle lane solo, no?) but I've tested melee fighting champ, ranged and magic.. Disliked magic big time.. So either melee or ranged. Preferably something easy to start with
