Complaint Where is my premium user?

I have paid for 3 months of my user. I paid 4 novembers by paypal for 9 usd. When i got banned for spammed advertise my user was been banned. I dont have any spammed advertise. This is fucking talanturen. I only advertised my server on shadowcores and what now? Banned here and my premium user gone. I want my money or user...

If he's telling the truth, then theirs no need to "think twice" since, advertising your server in another server then you'll get a banned in the server, but why in the forum, your not breaking any rule.

@Don, of course it isn't okay to advertise your server on somebody elses it is lame and stupid. So basicly if you saw me walking around advertising a server on another server you'd go on otland and ban me here?

You're making no sense, I am only supposed to get banned if I break any rule that's on Otland, if not then why do you even put a bunch of a rules and then ban people when you like to?

And if that was a rule, then you'll get ban too!, you at least spammed one time in a server.

Exactly, we had in the past a guy that reported someone for insulting him on Skype, yet nothing happened.

Pretty sure if it was a moderator who is insulted he'd get banned instantly.

I have a suggestion, why don't you close Otland and make it only for moderators, since you do whatever you like anyway.

Then why isn't it in the rules? Maybe this guy wouldn't have gone onto a server advertising his own server if there was a rule saying "You can not advertise your server on any open tibia server because you will be banned from otland if you do so"

To me it sounds a little ridicoulus but i don't make the rules, i just think for banning somebody they should've at least broken a rule.

This sounds more like staff abusing their power to get rid of advertisment on their ots.
