He wasn't really fooled 3 times though in the way i see it, he paid once for elfs service and then he didn't do the job done, he talked with elf several times on skype and elf replied he would have it done at a specific date but never replied to him until he created the thread before this one i think.

I might be wrong didn't read all of it.

It's like doing a job irl, if your employer is wasting your time he is wasting his own money.
Time = money.

If i get paid 180€ to do something (im a electrician), i would expect it to last approx 10 hours (18€/h seems fair) with instant contact at all times. If i cant get a hold of my employer (for materials or w/e i might need) within those 10 hours i would just take the money and ditch.

I suppose, after reading Elfs post, something similar happend here.

Btw, 18€/h is cheap in Sweden, you can get up to 50€/h if you are lucky.

Ok so imagine you you are making some repairs in your house. Guy comes and just sit doing nothing, after a week he demands money beacouse he "wasted" his time.

All i have to say is he is the reason u have OT, he can take it away. He should get shot if he took money to take money, but life goes on.

I suggest making them give some of the code first, and not paying them inFull off the bat.
