For those of you that say that botters are "customers", They REALLY aren't. The cycle tibia is this.

Non botter purchases premium scrolls
Botter buys gold from a trusted reseller, enabling him to buy a premium scroll
He then uses that 30 day prem scroll to bot for 30 days, he even has a backup account to save the gold on just incase of a ban
In that 30 days, he will have made enough money to buy another prem scroll, and still have profit. (Bot your entire stam bar at horetsis tomb, you'll know what I'm talking about)
Botter sells extra cash to a reseller, makes rl cash from not playing the game, uses that rl cash to purchase premium if he doesnt meat his monthly quota (which doesn't ever happen lol)

It's still the fair players that pay cip's bills.

But you know what, if it brings more people to Open Tibia, good with me.

Both Botters and CIP killed the game.
The Botters changed the way real tibia was, and it was epic. Thats why the old days was better.
Instead of solving the bot problem and keep their great systems... They gave everyone free bot in-game (auto aim, trainers etc) and the botters took it to the next lvl, they dont even play the game any longer, their program does it.
How can that even be fun?

Its not the botters that killed it,its CIP,they made the game boring and gave everyone the reason to bot their chars instead of manual,they find it too boring to manual it
 
Someone on Xenobot forum posted that DarkStar's theory in the Vlog video is most likely false.

I don't agree with Nick's theory in his Vlog neither, they changed something big for sure.

Sucks to say, but it looks like this is right. Up until the day after I made that video, the evidence showed that the theory was correct. However, if you noticed, they had two long server saves right after I posted that video, and one of the main supporting factors to my theory was that they haven't had time to implement something new. It looks like, after I posted the video, they very well did implement something.

We need to sit tight and be cautious. I still believe it can't go on forever.

Could be GM's who is taking care of botters, I saw GM Manina on Danubia yesterday. :p
 
Just literally reported 2 guys at muggy plains botting (same place where I'm botting) if they disappear then I will stop botting forever.
 
Lets hope they don't get deleted xD.
