How do I say this, I didn't copy it and place.
I've just looked at it for 2 seconds and that's it.
I've put my sprite so people can critique, not ask me questions.

que questions are part of the critiques, but any how, i love the wood texture, it is really really good, and how you shade the right side of the box, looks great, although the goblin is out of perspective >.<

Sorry mate, but you are to often basing on someones other work. I mean colors and shapes. Even if you change code of color a little...

goblin's colors+ basing on tree colors + basing on robot shapes = your work

I swear I didn't take your colors this time, :D
I've just based the sprite on Zepri's shape.
 
it is a bit out of perspective, try to align the shoulder with the foot in a 45 angle line, hands seem with pretty good alignment though
 
Make the face un-visible(dark) and check the perspective on the belt try maybe to add shoes

Other than that I think you did a good job:)
 
looks pretty good, i would recommend you to rework the belt. It looks wrong. Also i would hide the face in shadow from the hood
