To give additional information, I'm using windows 10 x64 too. The frame rate limiter doesn't work..
For example:
If I set it to 30 it caps at 15fps.
If I go up to 61 it caps at 30fps.
If I choose more than 61 or max it just goes over 280-300..
The WEIRD thing about it, is that you notice those frames ONLY in contextual menus such as moving trough the Skills tab, or arranging backpack size, etc.
BUT in the game window I'm still (Pretty sure of it) seeing 30 fps. So, it seems choppy. Got another hard drive in house so I installed Windows 7. Same hardware, and up to date drivers and game works fine. It must be an issue with windows 10 and your client since original Tibia Client runs pretty smooth.
