We would like to invite you to the winter edition of the Globera OTS server. This is an incredibly exciting moment for us, as we’ve implemented numerous changes and updates for this edition that we’ve all been eagerly awaiting. Below, we present a list of changes we’ve made, not only on the server side but also to the game’s website.

List of changes on this edition:

• Exhaust system: We have refined the exhaust system, ensuring it is now 100% consistent with the original 7.92 protocol,
• Item saving: Items are now saved in a binary format, making the game even smoother,
• Zombie event: From now on, the Zombie will target the player closest to it instead of focusing on a single target,
• Last Man Standing event: We’ve resolved an issue where the number of black tiles didn’t match the number of players during the event,
• Sex change: Changing gender (e.g., from male to female) will now also update the outfit in the game. For instance, male shaman → female shaman,
• Annihilator quest: Each use of the Annihilator quest lever will now spawn bosses specifically for that quest, instead of the monsters being pre-spawned,
• Shaders: Bonuses from shaders will now activate only when the shader is actually in use,
• Exp dolls: Exp dolls can now be used without level limitations. Additionally, the experience gain from exp dolls has been adjusted from 100% to 50%,
• VIP Access: VIP Access will now last for 14 days from activation. However, players without VIP status can still gain access after completing a specific task and paying a one-time fee of 8 globera coins,
• NPC Casino: We’ve added a new "stats" option, which displays your current win/loss balance,
• Quest Log: You can now view task rewards and completed tasks directly in the in-game Quest Log window,
• Casino Winners Tab: A new section has been added to the website displaying the top casino winners,
• Blue City: The entire city has been revamped, with new quests and hunting spots added,
• New Hunting Spots and Quests: Additional areas and quests have been introduced across the map,
• Boss Attack event: A new boss attack will occur once every 24 hours, offering the chance to loot unique items needed for shaders, outfits, and more,
• Reward collection check: Before claiming task rewards from NPC Tarr or quest rewards from a chest, the system will now verify backpack space and capacity to ensure items don’t drop to the ground,
• We’ve also introduced numerous client fixes; the game should now run even smoother,
• We’ve improved the walking system, so players with high ping (200) should no longer experience any lag while walking,
• An in-game notification has been added to inform you if someone changes the email address associated with your account,
• A new Tasks tab has been added to the client, displaying all task progress to help keep everything more organized.

Overall, I strongly advise against playing on this server. Everything listed in the updates is a complete lie. The so-called 'friendly' Admin deceives players as much as he can. // TOP NEW FEATURES

+30% Manual Play Bonus
Hunting without a bot now rewards you with 30% extra experience. We believe in fair play – active players deserve to be rewarded. The bonus is detected automatically by the client.

PvP Experience
Killing other players now awards experience points. To prevent abuse, experience will not be gained from players on the same account. PvP finally has real value!

Football Event
A fully featured team-based Football Event with goal effects, lever mechanics, and a betting system – place bets on teams and win big! Optimized for smooth, lag-free gameplay.

Boss Attack Event
Every 24 hours, a scheduled boss attack strikes the server at a set time. Defeat the bosses to loot unique items used for shaders, outfits, and powerful gear.

Boosted Creature
A daily rotating Boosted Creature system has been added. The boosted monster provides bonus experience and loot – check which creature is boosted each day!

Blessings System
A complete player blessings system is now available with updated costs. Protect your items and experience on death – only Red Skull players will drop loot.

// GAMEPLAY & CONTENT

Blue City Revamp — The entire Blue City has been rebuilt from the ground up. New quests, new NPCs, new hunting spots, and a completely redesigned layout. It feels like a brand new area.

New Hunting Spots & Quests — Additional hunting areas and quests have been placed across the entire map. Whether you are level 30 or level 300, there is always somewhere new to explore.

Annihilator Quest — Each pull of the lever now spawns a fresh set of bosses specifically for your attempt. No more pre-spawned monsters – a real challenge every single time.

New Damage System — Damage formulas have been recalculated for Crystal Arrow and Warlord Sword. Warlord Sword now scales properly with your sword fighting skill.

Monster Balancing — Monster healing has been reduced by 28% (Ghaz by 20%) to make hunts more dynamic and rewarding.

Exp Dolls — Exp dolls can now be used without any level limitations. Experience gain has been balanced from 100% to 50% to keep things fair.

VIP Access — VIP now lasts 14 days from activation. Non-VIP players can still earn access by completing a special task and paying a one-time fee of 8 Globera Coins.

NPC Sold Items Stats — When selling loot to NPCs, you can now see detailed statistics of how much gold you have earned from sold items – track your profits easily.

NPC Casino Stats — A new "Stats" option displays your current win/loss balance at the casino NPC. Know exactly where you stand.

Shaders & Outfits — Shader bonuses now only activate when equipped. Outfit bonuses system has been completely reworked. Sex change now properly updates your outfit (e.g. male shaman → female shaman).

Reward Collection Check — Before claiming rewards from NPC Tarr or quest chests, the system now checks your backpack space and capacity. No more items dropping to the ground.

Task Timer System — Tasks now feature a timer showing exactly how much time you have left to complete them. Track your progress with precision.

// SYSTEM & PERFORMANCE

Real 7.92 Exhaust System — The exhaust system has been refined to be 100% consistent with the original 7.92 protocol. This is the real old-school experience.

Walking System — Massively improved. Players with high ping (up to 200ms) should now experience zero lag while walking. The difference is night and day.

Binary Item Saving — Items are now saved in binary format instead of text, making the game significantly smoother and more stable.

Login Rate Limiting — Per-IP login rate limiting has been implemented to protect your account against brute force attacks. Your security matters to us.

Login/Logout Logging — Every login and logout is now logged with IP address and timestamp for full account security and transparency.

Email Security Alert — An in-game notification will immediately inform you if someone changes the email address linked to your account.

Real Online Counter — The online players counter now shows the real, accurate number of active players. No bots, no inflated numbers.

Client Optimizations — Numerous client-side fixes and optimizations have been applied. The game runs smoother and more stable than ever before.

Tasks Tab — A brand new dedicated tab in the client showing all your task progress, time remaining, and rewards in one organized view.

Quest Log Improvements — View task rewards and completed tasks directly in the in-game Quest Log window. Everything you need to know, in one place.

Event Timer Display — Events now show their start times so you can plan ahead and never miss a boss attack, football match, or any other event.

Shop Improvements — You can now select item quantity when purchasing from the Web Store, with a total cost calculator. Purchase history now tracks quantities too.

Casino Winners Tab — A new leaderboard section on the website shows the top casino winners. See who is on a hot streak!

Server Info Page — The Server Info page now loads all data directly from the datapack with caching for fast load times. Always up-to-date server details.

Forum & Security — Forum now shows post dates, reCAPTCHA has been updated, and a new email queue system ensures reliable email delivery.

Major update bringing class rebalancing, guild system overhaul, and anti-disconnect protection!​

MAJOR CHANGES

Paladin & Knight Rebalance
These classes can now cast spells/runes and heal simultaneously! However, healing has been slightly reduced: -24% for Paladins and -14% for Knights.

Guild System Overhaul
Complete rebuild of the guild system on the website! Guild chat now opens automatically on login. Guild owners can set a Message of the Day that displays to all members.

Anti-Disconnect Protection
Your character will never die from disconnects! The system detects connection loss and monsters immediately stop attacking you.

Football Event Colors — Both teams now have assigned colors (blue/red) for better visibility

Share Experience System — Now only counts for monster kills. PvP experience is calculated individually based on damage dealt
