There is NO official Otland's Discord server and NO official Otland's server list. The Otland's Staff does not manage any Discord server or server list. Moderators or administrator of any Discord server or server lists have NO connection to the Otland's Staff. Do not get scammed!
Cool server but unfortunately the admin decided to unban a bunch of cheaters to cater to the unemployed. Hope the admins find their spine next season or something
The latest actions taken by Sajgon made this server a joke. Four players from one of the top teams on the seasonal server were caught using full AFK cavebot and they were unbanned to "save the server" because otherwise they would quit.
Rules don't apply to everyone, the GM decides who can bot and who can't.
Don't play here.

First of all, one player out of 3 was botting, not 4. Secondly, 2nd team begged GM to unban account to bring back pvp. Last, but not least - even after unbanning none of these players dares to play anymore, so leave this cry for yourself.

Crying? Im just informing people searching for a server to play about admins actions so they can avoid this one if they care about simple rules xD
The outcome you mentioned doesn't matter, the problem is Sajgon's actions, I don't really care about these players. And the chars botting were 3 150-200 lvls after 1 week of server, I don't care who botted and why. Rules are simple, cavebot = banishment of whole account. If someone launches a bot he should be aware of the consequences.
The unbanned characters from an account caught with cavebot:
One of the best PvP servers thats in 8.0, hands down.
The people who are crying about someone getting unbanned after a 24 hour period are people who don't even play the server.
This server is very good, Saj has systems put in place for cavebotting where it doesn't even matter.. You won't gain much exp at all.
The vote was by the majority of the server to unban them. These are the few who cry, but I know 2 of them that bot thats crying.
Really well put together server. It's really underappreciated. I just came here mostly to respond to the people who are complaining about the recentMAJORITY of people who voted to have 3 players unbanned from a team who mostly was involved within the pvp community of Midhem. Rest assured, this doesn't mean that you can cavebot or will not be banished for doing it. It was a simple one-time request that will be denied if further votes come up again in the future. The owner/creator of this server really likes to listen to his community and when they make a request and majority ruling calls for some type of action from him he goes through with it, but he has already stated there will be no further exceptions to cavebot as this was just an attempt to keep the pvp within the server alive and thriving. I read up here that these people aren't even players of the server, literally? Then my goodness you people need some new hobbies other than bashing servers on otland. Go touch some grass and ruin that while you are at it. Negativity isn't welcomed here
edit:
I don't play this server and likely never will - however it's really interesting (and suspicious) how many people are defending cavebotters on a bot free server.
If that's what the majority opinion of the servers community, the way forward seems simple enough: allow cavebotting and the community remains happy?

Yeah exactly, the poll was up for less than 24 hours and most of the casual players didn't even see it. These teams made a vote for themselves and brought people to Discord that didn't even have chars on server just to vote xD
The fact that people are even discussing this and Sajgon is trying to justify his actions is awkward af
Only ot server I felt the need to refund my donated money due to being deceived. I made sure to read the rules before starting and it clearly states people which do violate the rules will be banned. I was under the impression this was the case when I started and eventually donated. Turns out rules can be changed on a whim if people that plays exclusively for pvp threaten to kill randoms and create a poll and get a bunch of new people to join discord to vote for it. That action instantly took the wind out of my sails to continue playing, did quit on the spot. Shame the server had a lot of potential me and my friend could see us playing there and on the permanent server for quite a while.
