idk why they keep that split between non-pvp and pvp players and that dogshit race choice + edited map for orcs with earth elementals on femor hills instead of... goblins do people even use that part of map or its completly dead now?

pvp and npvp is a nice feature, also whats wrong with the race choice? the bonuses are minor anyway

felt better with some low-mid hunting spot at femor hills instead of goblins, because nobody was hunting there anyway, atleast now some elementals going down, just need to buff the earth elemental loot and that mountain will be crowded

pvp and npvp is a nice feature, also whats wrong with the race choice? the bonuses are minor anyway

with non-pvp and pvp you split already small oldschool tibia community better have one server with pvp and 300 people than two with 150 each

you pick race upon character creation you cant change it and u wont know what will you need more at 100lvl as gear will never be the same it also sucks to lose fight over spawn just because somebody picked elf instead of human

rl map is cool because anybody could jump into server and know where to go and what to do some custom spawns is great aswell so theres something new to explore however revamping half of the map almost entirely with some 8.6+ tibia sprites (zao) just sucks i've never heard anything good about that change from my community as everytime somebody new stumble upon revamped spots he got upset

true but if the human has "walked" more then the elf, he will run faster then elf anyway because you level up speed just playing the game

true, but its kinda nice to have this option since 100% of all other servers, doesnt do this. i guess overall its mostly beneficial for no pvp servers which usually is kinda lowkey lowpop, the pvp side suffers, but tibiascape isnt really the best hardcore pvp server, so i still think it ends up being net-positive on the server

yes agree that it was a bit over cooked, probably will revert in the future to oldschool feels around dwarf mines / femor hills

majority of player base is doing pve content with optional pvp (when they are strong to power abuse) or when they getting power abused so rather have one non-pvp world than splitted community between pvp and non-pvp

  • had reset all talent trees for everyone since we did a update yesterday that bricked some players
  • before, cursed ore could make an item show more stars, but those stars did not actually make the item’s attribute tiers better. this was confusing because it looked like the item was improving, even though the real tiers stayed the same. form now on, cursed ore no longer increases star rank. it only upgrades the item’s direct stats, such as attack, defense, and armor. in simple terms: cursed ore does not improve attribute tiers. cursed ore improves the item’s basic combat stats.
  • magicmissile base mana cost changed to 90 from 60
  • magic missile extra missiles now cost 20 mana each instead of 30
  • magic missile now properly tracks players mana reduction
  • fixed random levelup so spell cooldown and spell mana reduction attributes no longer roll as random level bonuses
  • added missing skill bonuses to fist weapons: The Stomper now gives +3 fist skill and Sai now gives +2 fist skill (currently dist on SAI because i fat fingered D instead of F, adjusted tomorrow)
  • updated Earth Elemental loot table with more gold and new small drops
  • reduced some Earth Elemental earth attack damage spells, the beam does less damage and so on
  • increased earth resistance for Acid Blob, Defiler, Devourer, Glooth Blob, Slime and Son of Verminor
  • gifting purchases in store module, at first only premium can be gifted
  • direct scape coin trading through market module, skipping physical coins, trading directly from account
  • gold pouch auto convert gold
  • eye of the storm and sun mirror (light items from store) now works directly from carrying them in the backpack (dont need to have them in the ammo slot)
 
added some new client features, large minimap for example is now an option

  • added new Issavi creatures: Gryphon, Black Sphinx Acolyte, Burning Gladiator, Priestess of the Wild Sun, Lamassu, Sphinx, Feral Sphinx, Manticore, Adult Goanna, Young Goanna, Ogre Rowdy, Ogre Ruffian and Ogre Sage
 
Frontier has been a great success, and to celebrate I want to give something back to the community.

All accounts created up to today have received 7 days of Premium Account for free.
On top of that, spawn rates have been boosted: all spawns are now set to a base respawn time of 30 seconds before any additional boosts.

Yes! Good feedback on server from players, overall players enjoying, good ROI for our development time, stable online numbers since launch.. We have many reasons for celebration!

350? every time i check theres around 500 players, it feels like pretty much 50/50 as to non pvp and pvp aswell, i see lots of players i play on both factions
