yes elaney @mujica i told him how to set up a no-ip. he set it up perfectly. i used the no-ip in the config. and just be sure that wasn't the problem i also used his real ip in another version of the config.

I would think that would be spell exhaust. If you use a spell then try to use it again right away generally it says you are exhausted and it will say this every time you try to use it until the set amount of time passes. you can set exhaustion from spells.xml look for the spell you want then...
