Hello in team we have now only 2 scripters, you think its one with milion server but it is your mistake. Other server don't have full delay like rl or postman,ice islands, shaters isles quests, 400+ npc with real name and outfits
MAPPER
now we need only mapper to check bugs on your GameMaster later make maps like real tibia update 8.41+. You must know how edit items.xml if you want be mapper, we have little problems with new cave entrances etc.
Scripter
A lot experience. You must know storage values, write long npcs, now addons, all missions with actions. we can do it but we wanna fastest
