Hi mlody, first of all, great job on the map! But, can you help me? I attempted to download your ot and I modified the map up a bit to fit my style. Then, I proceeded to download the executables and dll, however I can't manage to make it since it always gives me an error when executing the .exe. The error being "Couldn't establish connection to SQL database. Do you know why this is occurring and how I can fix it?

First thank you for uplaoding this ots it is looking really good, had few minor bugs but nothing that it is hard to fix to make it run on tfs 0.4 windows ver.

Second what map editor have you used to edit this map, i have some dificulty to edit it with Remere's map editor, it is loading tibia 8.5 source but a lot of the map content is covered in crocodiles dead bodies and i do not want to mess it up please help.

Third do you have event scripts for this server?

Goto your remeres folder and then into the client version that the map uses and change the items.otb for the one in your items foler in the ot itself.
Bad explanation im in a hurry :/

Hey all finally getting back to Tibia,

Solution is simple got to OTS items folder \home\ots\data\items
And C:\Program Files (x86)\RME\data\860 (Depend where you installed RME)

Copy items.otb and items from \home\ots\data\items to folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RME\data\860
And restart RME

Nice i have tried it but it didn't worked for me somehow. anyway your ots is nice to start with good first impression, but in details unfortunately is not as good as i though, most of quests are a bit simple and not very exciting. most of monsters are very weak and then some are really overpowered hehe. Nice experience but i would not host it without major changes.
Still nice work maybe next ots would be better

Good, no one here want someone to download and run an ot without changes so basicly he made a good ot for downloads
 
ModernOTS have been updated

Now supports only Ubuntu 20

Windows support has been dropped as I never run my OTS on windows so won’t be able to help much.

Some fixes has been done and small maps changes

Please let me know if you have any requests
