I don't think that anyone is going to do it, but worth a try 
I would like to request lua functions to control all monsters respawn speed (i.e: make a double respawn speed day) and single creature respawn speed (i.e make a single creature name respawn speed faster)
for 1.3 tfs
(and yes I know that all this can be done with regex and/or search&replace as seem here, but I wanted to make it auto)
