Account managerment + make gm (sql)

Hello everyone and thanks for watching my thread. I got a big problem which is...

1. I can't make a character using acc manager because it just say I can't use the account I am chosing to be, I've tried like 30-40 different but it doesn't work

2. I need also a GM or GOD character using sql with xampp

3. Tutorial how to make an own AAC page

well.. go on database and check wich acc number/pass account manager got?
And to make GOD/GM just change Group ID/Account type..

The problem isn't it's wrong account, I'm on @ acc mana but I can't type a character cuz it's say I can't chose the account for some reson, tried 20~ different word for my acc but aint work
