i'm not sure if he's the same, but last owner of ASS what named Tobi aswell, but u dont have to worry about it, it was a 7.81 version, so he wont be able to take scripts to new versions if he dont know a bit of lua, and if he's trying to take their scripts, make sure he dont know enought of lua...ASS scripts werent so good, so no matter if he takes it, and how much time u think a copied server could stand up?
