Alleria is a team created by me. I have big spectations for this team and I wish the best for it. First of all, I want everyone to know that I don't mean to create a noobish team which will fail within one or two months. This, will be a large team.
Spectations for Applicants:
I will expect that the people who apply to join this team are pretty serious. I've made teams before which had people who did sucky works and never took anything seriously. Also, I expect high quality works from each new applicant and team members. I will only hire thsoe who wish and are willing to work no matter what goes in front of them.
Spectations of Game:
Well, I expect that the outcome of this game will be pretty good. Also, I will make sure there will be more features and cool features than a normal Otserv would have. Personally, I believe we will have features such as flying, teleporting and a few others. We will also accept public suggestions and such.
Application:
You need to include basic information for your application. Such as name, age, country, free time, etc. Also, we require proof that you are good at the job you are applying for and you need atleast 2 references. Once you have completed that, I will read your application and see whether I accept it or not. Another piece of information required is a contact method. I would really like it to be MSN Messenger but if you use GMail or anything else, I'll make sure I find the correct way to contact you.
