Windows Any way to solve TFS Telnet BUG?

Hello, i was doing a DEEP researcha about this damn TFS 0.3.5pl1 telnet bug.

I've tryed IPSec Policy, Using software firewalls, well a lot of things, suggested by a lot of forums where i did the research, including this one, but no sucess, any ideas in how to prevent this?

@up, then it's not telnet Or you're trying to crash yourself, then it works

Im using a friends remote PC with remote admin software to crash my local server, and it worked.

Suggestions? - AND EXACTLY WHEN I PERFORM TELNET SHIT IT CRASH THE SERVER, so it must be throught TELNET!
