Solved Auto broadcast.

Sometimes my server auto broadcasts something like this:

GM Saj pwns, please spam him. (my name on my ot is GM Saj)

How do I remove that?
It's auto and I can't find it anywhere in the server and it's not in the source 2.. Cuz I've changed server!

Using 0.2.3.0 TFS.

i think its a npc that broadcast it ,in my server i have too a broadcast npc
