/ban command?

Yo, this might sound a little wierd, but I have been searching now for i dunno, an hour maybe.. and cant find anything about a ban command.. "/ban" or something.. since my OT doesnt have it (TFS 0.3.6), I was wondering if its possible to add, like I just did with "!bless"
