Big PVP Bug!

Ok so, in my OT people kill eaach other and stuff. Heres what happens.
When you have a ATTACK symbol, you can logout. Your charcter won't stay in the game!
When you have a whiteskull, YOU CAN logout! Help me! How can I make it so you can't logout with attack symbol or white skull.

Also, I think you've on a GM account, if you are, you are able to log out whenever you want due to a certain player flag.

I'm using TFS the newest type.

And no! , Every player can, I've tested it on each vocation and everything.

Yes but it will happen with any character/vocation if your on that GM account. Are you positive it's happening to other people (as in not you!)?
