SanSero, your claims are nothing but lies. When someone tries to speak to you on Discord, you conveniently ignore them. You insist that a new player can just slide in, yet you're now preparing and threatening the server players with another announcement to bring in someone new—someone who is here to be taken advantage of. You and your brother are nothing more than money grabbers, preying on the server community for your own gain. Your deceptive behavior speaks volumes, and it won’t go unnoticed.

your attempt to dismiss real issues with a joke about an “empty page” only confirms your strategy of ignoring genuine feedback. Bumping your thread won’t cover up the fact that when it comes to addressing
the problems our community faces, you prefer to hide behind empty deflections. When the season starts, let’s see who’s really committed to improving the server rather than just indulging in empty madness
 
I will make a post saying that with the loot boost being removed this season may be saved and I will be playing after all but tread with caution. This server is fun and I am pleased this loot boost is gone and hopefully Addams and Sanrio learned from their mistake but this took A LOT of hours of arguing with them to get an item removed that should have been removed from the beginning. I hope in the future any big donation items or changes to this server are met with a poll as that ultimately will tell you how the community feels about it. The amount of times I heard "nothing can be done" last era from the gms is enough to say this is my final stand I have with this server, if they wrong the community again I and many others will be done with otmadness.

I am not quite sure why they removed the donate key(those who are uncertain about this item it let you resell donation items for a % back) as this will most likely hurt their revenue even more since donation items are character locked and cant be sold to the community. You would buy the set knowing you would lose probably $5-10 reselling it but I feel now people will mainly just buy the helmet on their ek as helmet is op and a weapon on a paladin and thats it. It seems like a terrible idea to me but maybe donation history shows people dont actually buy the sets/weapons. Hopefully next we can discuss the rebirth quest skippers as they make 0 sense being in the shop personally but I am happy for now with just loot boost being gone. Hopefully some people will give this server a shot, it is a lot of fun and it is a bot ot but there is some enjoyment in managing multiple characters to try and get ahead of the community with a little rng on your side!

we review every suggestion shared through proper channels. However, your account was actioned due to repeated violations of our community rules, not because of your feedback.

no one is ever muted or banned for voicing their opinions, even if they criticize the server. We actively encourage open dialogue and take community input seriously.

That said, we do take action against players who violate our clearly stated community rules, such as harassment, hate speech, or threats. These policies exist to protect the well-being of all players, and they apply equally to everyone.

we need to clarify a few points to avoid misunderstandings.
  1. No Threats:
    At no point have we "threatened" players or announced plans to "bring in someone new to take advantage of the community." Such claims are categorically false. All updates and decisions are communicated transparently, with the server’s best interests in mind.
  2. Financial Transparency:
    Accusations of being "money grabbers" are unfounded. Every feature or donation option is designed to sustain the server’s costs (hosting, development, etc.), not for personal gain.
  3. Consistency in Decisions:
    We stand by our actions and announcements. If you believe we’ve contradicted ourselves, please cite specific examples, and we’ll address them directly.

    General accusations without evidence only spread unnecessary distrust.

The only real problem with our community is people like you—those who always criticize anything or any server that is about to be released.


What do you expect when it comes to paying for items? Every public server uses this strategy to keep the server alive and make the gameplay more enjoyable for players. Where were you between 2010 and 2015? You were probably one of those kids who played high-exp servers and begged for donation items—even though they were the biggest pay-to-win servers. But you still enjoyed playing them, didn’t you? If you don't like it Leave it

Looks nice, but
1. Full pay2win server (if you are new player you have about 0.1-0.2% chance to push content on this server, the "GUIDES" are not working anymore, WIKI not working too also, so only OLD players know how to play here)
2. Without burning your pc with 4 MCs (some ppl run about 12-16 MCs in party XD) you are actually useless, can do nothing, after 2-3 days of playing you recognize "oh, without sending about 3-4k $ donate to server, im just trash)
3. Server content seems very interesting and let players so much fun (at least only for first hours if you're not donator or ex-player, cuz later you stay with USELESS eq/USELESS items/USELSS character).
4. Nice server, but let new players join game also without sending 3000-4000$ donation or burning PC with 12-16 MCs

Your account was permanently banned for violating server rules, specifically for attempting to sell in-game characters/currency for outside currencies and repeatedly spreading false information to mislead the community. These actions directly breach our Terms of Service and community guidelines, which prioritize fairness and honesty.

i don't have to actually reply to what you just accused us on your post since it's obvious what is your intention behind it.

Final Note:
We take false accusations and rule-breaking seriously to protect the integrity of the server and its players. Constructive feedback is always welcome, but misinformation with harmful intent will be addressed per our community guidelines

firstly you said "Real Money Trade", then asked about evidence "yyyy you wanted 25 tc". (This admin use tibiacoins as his real life currency? wow)
secondly after I left my opinion about HIGH p2w and need for burn pc with min. 4 mcs(at least 4 mcs!!!!) I get ban. (true-talk-ban we say in tibia)

I am tired of seeing this in several threads when someone fails to compete/play/understand a server. Which stage are you at to just call it P2W? because there are 22 equipment sets looted in-game that are better than the donation sets.

When the loot boost was a concern for the community, we voted and removed it, so what's your concern here?

What? So the guides I am checking on Discord right now with gifs and full explanations are not working 😂 ? Wiki might be old/incomplete, but it's also working, and we do not maintain Wiki; it's by players, so if you think it's not working, get there and be useful.

Exactly, Tibia coins are considered real money on tons of servers nowadays, and they are being sold for real money easily. Even now, after the crypto change, it will be used more often.
We do not allow "real money trades," and attempting to do it leads to a deletion of all the accounts/characters for the seller/buyer.
So here's your ban reason. Live with it.

Well turns out i was wrong and these gms never learn. This ot is terrible and if you read this dont ever waste your time on it. After we rioted to get the loot boost removed they added it back 2 weeks into the season. I will never be returning. Trust me if i could charge back from paypal right now I would except you have to donate under friends and family. 0/10
 
You said in your discord that loot boost was frequently requested, but I can't see any indication of it being requested? Surely that would fall under feedback/suggestions no? Just seems suspicious that it went from 10% voting to keep the loot boost and now its almost 60%. I would've thought that maybe when you removed it the first time it would be like that this season.

Oh well.
