CANNOT acces my server !

Hello !

Right now I need some darn answer cuz' Im really pissed of at the moment, I was working on my map nothing special just the usual, I try to restart my server and I get a prompt

"WINDOWS CANNOT ACCES THE SPECIFIED FILE,YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS TO ACCES THE ITEM"


I would like to get an answer !!!!
Cuz after all the work ive done I want to see that damn server running !

I new someone had to give a darn answer like that, I am the damn administrator of my pc,.. how would ive run the server before then ????
