Cant get player to connect to my server

Ive checked my router and the correct ports are open and I have even temporally disabled my firewall to see if it work work but having no luck
any idea's what might be the problem?

What happens when they try to login? (error from the client etc).
Be sure you have your global ip (What Is My IP � | Shows Your IP Address.) in config.lua, you opened both port 7171 and 7172 with your IPv4 address and other people are using your global ip to login.

Thanks for your reply, with my client it just say "loading character list" for a long time then "error in connection". I am using my global IP in the config and both 7171 and 7171 are open in my router. Really confused why I cant get it to work

What is the exact error people get from the client, is it about the login server or the game server?
