cant use anything (ladders, sewers) on TFS

my players say they cant use any ladders, sewers, ect..

i need help to fix this badly, anybody know how?

Are you using the actions that comes with TheForgottenServer?

I got the same problems with doors (regular doors wont close) and sewers don't work.. I'm using TFS as well. (8.60)

i have the same problem with my mistic spirit for 9.46... with actions which were released with it.
maybe you could fix this or tell us what is the problem?
