Windows Change Player Skills

I need help trying to figure out how to change the players skills in the Phpmyadmin page.

Also how to Get the players Eq.
And when they die Not to lose anything But there backpack And when they log back in have the same bp with the same items.

Like for a War server.

I wouldnt suggest you to do that. Both 0.2 and 0.3 I have used have become bugged when I modified lvls, or skills, some skills dont advance, sometimes ot crashes, etc

But you can do that @ player_skills

player_id = player's GUID
skillid = skill(sword, club, mace, fish, etc)
value = skill lvl
count = tries

there is a good tutorial about this @ tutorials section

Ok i got another question now when i go to phpmyadmin its not showing any other characters but the Account mamnager.

I am useing Simple War OT v1.4 pl1
Any Advice?

that means there are no characters created in your OTS?
then there is only one acc created?
