Connection Refused Help

Theirs some problems when i try to connect to my WAN Adress and te Global Adress to the server i get to login Port but in the game port when i try to get inside the game it tells me Connection Refused i have opened the ports but still it tellsm e Connection Refused, so anyone can help me?, whats the issue here?-

Trying to fix it dont know what's the issues been trying to fix it for hours still cant find the damn solution.

So i think, i know why i have the problem now EvilSkillz and so do you, Port 7172 is closed on My Global Ip ADress,
Evilskillz se if you'r router has the port open 7172 the game port and restart your for it to take effect

I opened all and used static ip address for that
I think I will go to company tomorrow
because if this not fixed I will fuck them up xD !!
