My problem is that TibiCAM doesnt work for open tibia servers if you dont edit the program first. I think the problem can be compared to if you try to connect to a server with a client without changing IP first. It would basically try to connect to the ip of real tibia and in this case it will surely not work as Im using an old version of tibia (7.72).
The TibiCAM Im using was originally edited for oldera.net.
When I start client (with IP changer) and setup the cam to record as normal I get an error message saying something like:
"Error: Cant connect to server. Server offline."
When I do the same thing as above but with a TibiCAM where I changed all "oldera.net" in hex editor I can access the character list but when I log in to the server I get the same message:
"Error: Cant connect to server. Server offline."
I find it strange that I can get the character list but not log in to the game.
Something that is even more strange is that I have done this edit successfully on another server and it worked fine there.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? If any more info is needed or maybe TibiCAM I can upload it for you.
