Windows Custom client

Some Servers made that them client version like 1,2 1,3 1,4 4,5 Etc
How can i make it or Change it ?
Second if them made new client such as 1.3 u cannot Join with 1,3 and it say u should download last verison how is it too???
and if i need to make both in otclient how??
