DEBUGS on map [FAST]

Before i got problem on my 8.6 server Farmine map and few others was bugged as hell. Someone told me to go DRIVE/Program Files/Remere's Map Editor/data/860/ and copy items.xml and items.otd to u server data. I did it, now map and other map things lookin okay, but now i got problems with debugs.
Can someone tell me what i need to do? Its IMPORTANT

Potions, runes debug you? Edit your're items.otb in OTItemEditor, and give them attribute 'stackable'.

Before everythin was ok only Farmine map suck, now when i changed this files i got debugs. I dont think runes or pots debug me.
Also where i can find new item editor to 8.6?
