Donation NPC

I wondering if some one know how to fix a npc thats sell item that i shooes like donation,
they dont buy it whit crystal coin, they buy it whit points from the webbpage,

You should try the lua request section, but all you would need to do is use an sql query to grab the premium point count, check if its enough to purchase the item, update the premium point count and give the item.
