Duplicate items

Hi i wonder if it is possible to fix this bug:

Example:* A guy gives a item to another guy.
The new guy got the item now and 10 minutes later the server crash.
Now, after the shut down, both of them got the item.

The both guys got the item, cuz the crash dont save everything, but it do save items for each char (i think)
If you dont understand tell it.

It is normal cuz it shouldn't crash and we cannot know when it's going to crash so we couldn't avoid that problem, just get 0.4 and your server won't crash anymore
