Well I bought a domain at dynadot.com and people can access my website sterlite-online.com but they cant access using www.sterlite-online.com why is that happening? well thats my first question , the second one is why can't i added to otservlist or ots-list?

Create an subdomain and call it www.

You can do it in the configurations in your dynadot controll panel.

You can add several sub domains, like
www.server1.sterlite-online.com
forum.sterlite-online.com
www.sterlite-online.com

etc...
