Error : with port 7171

My server keep crashing and I couldn't find out why but today it did when I was at the computer and I got this. If some one can help me that means a lot to me!

Edit Im useing Edlin Word 8.41

Error : Can bind only on socket to a specific port (7171)
Te exact error was : only one usage fof each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

Well known The Forgotten 0.3.3 bug, there are two bugs now as I know which are being fixed. Socket one and Outputmesseage, if you don't want to feel them on your back, change your operating system to linux,
