I just tried one of the bosses with my brother for The Challenge of Nex quest.

The boss name is Thanatos
Keep in mind that while I recorded this I removed his ability to summon Grim Reapers, otherwise I would have died instantly.
I had also changed my health to the health of a Elite Knight lvl 550(8000~), used Soft Boots with faster regeneration and changed my skills to about 150/150.
