First of all there is to know which version is your Otserv. ([0,2], [0.3] [0.4])
Anyway, you may not have the files on your computer (download a exe.).

You can find the source files to your server version from there (only [0.2] [0.3])
You may also need Dev-Cpp The Forgotten
Stian pack Dev-cpp 0.2 (with crypto + + and 64)!
