So I went into every single file/site that had to do with this hosting a server stuff and took a picture. This is everything...I STILL DON'T GET IT!!

apparently i had a dynamic ip address...i am in the process of making it static...

that coulda been the problem all along...and about the port 80, i will try that right now

Is there anyone out there that 1000000% FOR SURE, knows how to do this and can do it easily? I have Teamviewer....

Canyouseeme.org check all ports.. :S should work..

Idk this stuff is really jsut starting to piss me off, I would love to have someone just use Teamviewer with me and start fresh from the beginning...I Have every single file required to run the damned thing but for some reason it just does not want to work...

Lets begin from 0
1-go to taskmanager
2-gi to prosses or somthing like that
3-end all apache/mysql things!
4-uninstall xampp
5-install xampp in (C)
6-install mysql/apache
7-start xampp
8-start mysql
9-start apache
10-open xampp cpanel
11-go to localhost
12-chose english
13-put a password for php my admin
14-log into localhost/phpmyadmin
15-log with ur old pass
16-drop ur otDB Table
17-download TFS0.3.6pl1
18-in localhost/phpmyadmin crate a new DB
19-chose a name
20-press on [import]
21-go to he TFS0.3.6pl
22-in schemas
23-press on mysql
24-now [Go]

25-go to ur config.lua
26-change sqltype from sqlite to mysql
27-change the ip from 127.0.0.1 to ur global ip
28-put ur pass and DB name
29-try to start ur game
30-open ip changer
31-put the ip 127.0.0.1
32-try to log in with 1/1

33-go to portforward.com
34-delete the 7171both 7172both 80both 3306both ports
35-go to Start>Run>Cmd>ipconfig
36-you will find ur ip,copy it!!
37-when u open port open 7171both 7172both 80both ONLY
38-when opening ports put the ip u copied
