Unless you have the source code it's not posible.
Either upgrade your server to the latest version or use OTClient.

And that client is? OTC?

But if you are using OTC you can just change the images and activate the hotkey bar for 8.6 protocol, should be activated on 8.7.
If you want someone to write it for you ill move this to the request board.

And how does it change for solicitation?

What do you mean with solicitation? Nothing is gonna change.
Actually nvm what I wrote, I was thinking about the cooldown bar, unless someone has written the code for this you have to do it.
