its back for ur client (if ur server client 8.1 - you should open only 7171 to server be online and ppl conect to ur server.
if the ot 8.1+ you should open 7171 to server be online and 7172 to ppl connect to ur ot

go to No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP make account and use domain
