I want to know how i add so the item give you a 10x boots on the exp.

Can i fix that in the item.xml file ?

do you want that a X item, when equiped give you 10x more experience?

Yes. When to player equip the shoes/boots he will be given 10x more experiance.
Is it a way to add that in the item.xml file ?
