Hello what computer things are important to for hosting a ot?(processor graphic card ram and so on!)

Ehh grehy, i'd agree on the internet connection, Ram is nowdays not a big problem the internet connections still are.

The weaker processor and low amount of ram = Longer server saves and freezes.

Each player needs no more then 20KB per second, or 160kb per second. So take your upload connection... for example say you have a 1.5kb upload, then you can hold 10 people perfectly with no lag. That would be assuming them are all doing something to constantly transfer data. If they are sitting still... then the need less then that. I have seen some that run with 10KB per second per connection upload, and it is minimal latency. So, test with a few friends and see where you lag out at.
