Help with runes!! plz :D

hey otlanders.. i have a i problem.. my runes does not attack fast.. so i go to /data/spells/spells.xml and change exhaustion = 1000 to exhaustion = 0 and it still doesnt work..
can someone help me plz??

Check and see if they have an exhaustion set in the Config.lua file for the attack spells.

when they use the mana rune i what to show some letters that say "small mana rune" in any color,, and "+1000" in diferent color..
