how can i save my database??

hello
well i am using xampp 1.7.0 and alot of stuff like page and stuff like that wont work on my server couse of the xampp i think well i wanna change it for 1.6.6 becouse all worked when i used that one.
but i dont wanna delete the player and some stuff i have in my db so if someone can help me like to export everything then i can import them back to the other xampp well if someone knows if thats posible please port it here

well i found the way to do it here it is if someone needs it
you clic the db you wanna save and then clic export
then you clic in select all then go it will give a very long kuery you copy it and save it someone where then you do what ever you have to do then import like you did before with schema insted of schema you import the kuery you export.
well dont know if you understand my english is not very good but i try to help
