How i can edit the items.otb

i wan't make a new items.otb from 0.....

i will make a new items.otb whit 7000+ images .. not tibia... how i can star the items.otb for news images?

i try whith otitemeditor .. but make a error ... this program only edit the item.otb when i only want make a new item whit one image that exist..
