How I can change the password of my database?

You should do like this:
1. Export your database.
2. Uninstall xampp
3. Install xampp again
4. Create password, then login and import database.
So password is changed.

just login to your phpmyadmin and you will see

Actions

    * Change password
    * Log out

click on change password
