I suggest that you look at some of the NPCs already made and learn from them, to tell you everything about it would be almost impossible.

No, you need to check out the functions yourself. And most of them are self-explainatory. Any other function that you don't get, there might be an instruction in the LUA_FUNCTIONS file in your /docs folder in TFS.

Go to your XAMPP/htdocs/config/config.ini (probably)

and change install to "yes" it will add characters samples to your database.

Vocation is loaded ! the same problem xd

You must have a working database made, and if there aren't any errors in first few steps in installation, you should have all working. This error means that the tables that are supposed to be added in installation doesn't exist.
