How to prevent SQL injection hacks? Urgent!

A guy is all time typing weird things like: SQL INJECTION. +1000 -t
And things like that. I searched for information and it's all about hacking websites and databases. Is there any way to prevent it? Any way to block parameters?

also to extract database and hack vps and dedicate servers

but if u don't know how to protect yourself from attack u should die
