Ok so i have this 8.54 tibia ot fully functional Expect the starting items how the hell i change them from the xampp folder? or phpmyadmin?

If I'm not mistaken, you should have the firstitems.xml file in your mods folder, however you can alternatively do it through PHPMyAdmin also.
