Windows im havin problems with getin my server online

i got a 8.3 ot server its sql i went to wahtismyip and got it put in my config file and tryed to put it online otservlst.com
and it keeps tellin me its not online but im on my server with my gm and normal chars can any one help me pls

There's multiple reasons why this could be happening.. have you gone through a guide completely? Setting up your first server? You may have missed small things like port fowarding your router.. sometimes otservlist will take a few minutes to refresh your server.

Can other players join your server?
